Abdominal
Between chest and pelvis - Abdominal = Abdomen = Belly
Antebrachial
Forearm - Brach is forearm, Cub is elbow
Antecubital
Front of elbow - Cub is elbow, Brach is forearm
Auricular
Ear - Aural = hearing!
Axillary
Armpit - Axillary border on scapula = the lateral / away-from-midline border near the armpit
Brachial
Arm - Brach sounds like branch like a tree. Arms are the branches of the body (fingers are sticks, legs are trunks)
Buccal
Cheek - Frogs breathe with their buccal cavity which is in their cheeks
Carpal
Wrist - Carpals are the wrist bones
Cervical
Neck - The 7 cervical vertebrae are in the neck
Coxal
Hip - Os Coxae = Hip bone
Crural
Leg - Starts with C like Calcaneal (heel bone) does, so is in that area
Calcaneal
Heel - Calcaneus = Heel bone
Cephalic
Head - We store thoughts of phalluses in our heads
Digital
Finger/Toe - Fingers and toes are the digits
Deltoid
Shoulder - Deltoid tuberosity on humerus = roughened elevated region located laterally/away-from-median on the humerus
Femoral
Thigh - Femur = Thigh bone
Fibular
Lateral (away from midline) Leg - Fibula = Narrow shin bone on posterior/back of the shin
Inguinal
Groin - Guin sounds like groin
