Utility
Functionality. Enhances performance, or reduce constraints

Assurance that a product or service will meet agrees requirements.
Availability, capacity, security, and continuity
Customer
Person who defines requirements for a service, and takes on the responsibility for the outcomes of Service Consumption.
User
Person who uses services
Service Management
A set of specialized organizational capabilities for enabling value for customers in the form of services
Sponsor
Person who authorizes the budget
Product
Configuration of an organization’s resources designed to offer value for a customer
Problem
A cause or potential cause, of one or more incidents
Known Error
A problem that has been analyzed and has not been resolved
Incident
An unplanned interruption to a service , or reduction in the quality of service
Service Value System
Ensures that the organization continually co-creates value with all stakeholders in line with the organizations objectives
