  • Review submittals
  • Issue Supplemental Instructions (SI), Potential Change Orders (PCO), Change Orders (CO)
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFI’s)
  • Process and review changes
  • Review progress claims
  • Prepare CFP
  • Coordinate review from consultants
  • Review shop drawings
  • Obtain O+M and closeout docs
  • Prepare record drawings
  • Follow up with warranty items during the warranty period

  • Shop drawings, mock ups, samples

  • Apply for substantial performance
  • Provide closeout materials (Warranties, inspections reports, O+M’s, as built’s)
