Endometriosis tx

A

Based on extent of dz, symptoms & parity.
Medications - NSAIDs; OCPs; Progestin only meds; GnRH agonists
Surgery - Removal of endometriosis implants; recurrence rate of 40-8-%
Hysterectomy/Oophorectomy - Last resort
