• MICI : suspication de colite aigue grave
• Dilatation pyélo-calicielle à échographie
• CNA si échographie/TDM non disponible
• DIU non visible à l’échographie
• Enfant : suspicion d’occlusion aigue

Radiographie CI et précautions:

• CI : Iode ==> insuffisance rénale, allergie ; baryte ==> suspicion de perforation
• Précautions : grossesse, tablier de plomb (femme enceinte : abdo, enfant : gonade, professionnel : tablier + thyroide), vérification fonction rénale, TOGD à jeun

TDM CI et précautions:

• CI : Grossesse, Injecté : Insuffisance rénale, allergie, myélome
• Précautions : Injectés : A jeun, fonction rénale, hydratation abondante, arrêt biguanide H0 à H48
