How does Private Wealth relate to the Single Digital Front Door (SDFD) initiative?

A
  • Currently, we use the FNZ platform for client facing and internal facing sides of nabtrade.
  • We are moving platforms to something created and owned internally at NAB.
  • Zip relates to the SDFD intiative as we want to integrate Private Wealth into the SDFD i.e., “get our room entered into this building”

  2. Client onboarding - self service & assisted (general onboarding).
  3. Colleague (nabOne)/Customer Channels / App Channels (more intensive integrations and flows between nabOne, nabtrade, and miniapps).
  4. Contact Centre / Migration build (contact centre solution into nabOne plus other integrations).

A

Specifically:
1. Product origination (adding dom/int trading accounts).
2. Add trading features (warrants, IRESS, Morningstar, etc.)
3. International trading (profile updates, individual and non-individual).
4. Add auth-rep (view only, trading only, and cash transfer rep)
5. Account updates
6. Account closure (client departure, deceased estates, etc)
7. Stock/cash transfers
8. Launch nabtrade into NABOne
