Process Model Attributes Flashcards
What 3 things is PCF data used for?
- Integrate risk systems and provide insight into operational risk.
- Form part of Business Continuity Plans.
- Benchmark processes to track their performance.
How is the Critical Operation attribute populated?
Auto populated based on the PCF selected.
What is the ‘Effective Date’ attribute?
This is used if the process will become operational at a future point in time. If a future date is entered, when the model is submitted for publishing it will not be published and available until that date.
Generally, this attribute will not be used.
What is the ‘Valid for’ attribute?
This allows a process that is the same as other processes across multiple business units to be added to a master/common process.
What is the ‘Variant’ attribute?
This allows business units to modify the master/common process to capture their specific differences.
What to put in: Domain
This is no longer used for new process, but for existing published process models this attribute may contain links to a particular Domain.
What is the ‘Currency’ attribute?
This attribute auto-populates based on the PO and PMO attributes (will show ‘current’ if current).
