A parkinsonism plus, with oculomotor issues, not as responsive to dopaminergics
Fall backwards, slow in verbal response, stiff limbs, diffuse atrophy
Panic attacks
Common in pts who discontinue epilepsy meds- fear of seizures looks like seizures!
Detrusor Hyperreflexia
Small capacity UMN bladder in MS. Post void residual (if big) can make UTIs more frequent
Tx w/ oxybutnin (Ditropan) or tolterodine (detrol)
But antichols can cause cognitive dysfn
