Dx w/ characteristic abnormaliies in post hemispheres on diffusion weighted MRI and 14-3-3 protein in CSF
Mad-cow = slower in younger UK patients

A

Cog impairment more than memory, severe enough to interfere w/ occupational/social functioning

Just amnestic/nonamnestic single domain dysfn = Mild Cog Imp can progress to dementia

Do board games and play music and maybe exercise to stop progression!

Modify early dementia w/ galantamine (Razadyne), Donepezil (Aricept) and rivastigmine (exelon)
