Physical neglect, harsh/inconsistent punishment, authoritarian child rearing, indifferent/cruel attitudes towards the child, marital conflict and corrective child rearing methods.

A person who aims to eradicate antisocial behaviour.
Who does labelling theory particularly effect?
Children who don’t have a supportive home.

The age where children do not have the knowledge of criminal intention. (<10-14 in Australia)
What is juvenile diversion?
A prevention strategy that urges minors away form the criminal justice system while still holding them accountable for their actions.
