Seat license and license level
Our license fees are designed to be all-inclusive to contain a certification, initial and ongoing training, support, and tools for
launching or growing your consulting business—and continuous training and networking within our community of licensees.
We train you to deliver innovative consulting for every one of your learners so they remain a client year after year.
During this training, you’ll have the opportunity to take the exam and be officially certified as an IUC. Once you purchase your first
ten seats, you’ll have a Consultant level license. However, some of you are here as a pair, a group of people, or work in a
consulting company or larger enterprise. Some of you may seek to become an Influential U Consultant Trainer or IUCT.
License Level Structure
10 Seats—Consultant—an individual IUC
20 Seats—Business—a pair or group of IUCs
50 Seats—Enterprise—a group of three or more IUCs plus an IUCT
100 Seats—Master—a group of five or more IUCs plus an IUCT
More seats equal bulk discounts. Above are the purchase minimums for the License Level.
FAQ
Q: When do I pay for my cohort seats?
A: Once certified, you pay in advance (Week 2 - two weeks after the IUC training ends) for the seats according to your licensing
level. Seats are, in essence, your license fee paid upon certification. You can purchase additional seats at any time. Unused seats
expire after one year.
Q: Do I have to be an Enterprise or Master License Level to buy bulk discount seats?
A: No. The above are purchase minimums for the License Level. You can buy more seats now if you want to take advantage of the
bulk discounts.
Q: Can I get a refund on seats I don’t utilize?
A: No. Seat purchases are final and expire one year from purchase.
IUC Trainers (IUCT)
Influential U Consultant Trainer or IUCT is a consultant certified to lead this four-day IUC Training.
We are not prepared at this time to launch this training, however, once this cohort is near completion with the 16-week licensing
academy, we’ll be prepared to launch this.
Why become an IUCT? A few reasons.
Personally, if I were taking this training, I’d be considering the possibility of engineering a consulting practice. Gather the
talents of 3-5 consultants and build a practice where our IUCT can train more and more consultants—all working together to

Some are considering being an IUCT to continually develop a group of consultants within an organization seeking to Implement
Transactional Competence enterprise-wide.
Adding IUCs to your practice or enterprise
Many of you will consider growing your practice or adding consultants to satisfy your enterprise aims.
The Licensing Academy is currently scheduled to offer four Influential U Consultant (IUC) Training cohorts a year. You can always
find the next available Licensing Presentation or IUC Training in the store under the menu “Licensing.”
Annual renewal
The current annual renewal fee is USD $795 for both IUCs and IUCTs. There is no yearly testing or recertification required.
Distinct from Seat Fees, this is the Annual License for any Influential U Consultant.
Your first renewal fee is due one year from your exam date.
