Overview of courses roadmap
Implementing Transactional Competence is supported by completing the six courses in the Courses Roadmap.
As a licensed IUC, you are licensed to lead the following two-day courses. Consultants license 10-seat packages (minimum) and
then offer them at market value. Business or Enterprise levels can license larger seat packages to deliver within or outside the
business or enterprise in which they work.
These can be delivered sequentially or a la carte.
Each two-day course is supported with comprehensive leader notes and includes slides and diagrams to support it. The materials
are protected, uneditable, and contain content, exercises, and videos where applicable. Before you can download and register to
teach the class, you have to take and pass the enablement training in our LMS for that two-day class. This will be covered in the
next module.
Note: All programs are roughly 12 hours and can be delivered in two or more days, in person or online.
Personality and behaving transactionally
Earners of this badge have successfully completed a two-day (12 Hour) study that includes the study, practice, and application of
the fundamentals of Transactional Competence. This course teaches individuals and teams to leverage differences, optimize
performance, and accelerate results using our personality-focused, transactional framework.

Earners of this badge have successfully completed a two-day (12 Hour) study that includes the study, practice, and application of
the fundamentals of Transactional Competence. This course teaches individuals and teams to think accurately about the Conditions
of Life: unavoidable situations and conditions all human beings address (or suffer). This is fundamental to making powerful offers.
13 steps to bullet proof offers
Earners of this badge have successfully completed a two-day (12 Hour) study that includes the study, practice, and application of
the fundamentals of Transactional Competence. This course teaches individuals and teams to think accurately about the
construction of business offers as related to products, services, projects, initiatives, and markets.
Personality, Diversity and Teams
Earners of this badge have successfully completed a two-day (12 Hour) study that includes the study, practice, and application of
the fundamentals of Transactional Competence. This course teaches individuals and teams to leverage differences, optimize
performance, and accelerate results using our personality-focused, transactional framework. This focus is on the exponential power
of diversity.
Planning, Strategy and Tactics
Earners of this badge have successfully completed a two-day (12 Hour) study that includes the study, practice, and application of
the fundamentals of Transactional Competence. This course teaches individuals and teams to leverage differences, optimize
performance, and accelerate results using our personality-focused, transactional framework. This focus is on situational leadership,
where the characteristics of the situation or transaction determine leadership.
Five stages of influence
Earners of this badge have successfully completed a two-day (12 Hour) study that includes the study, practice, and application of
the fundamentals of Transactional Competence. This course teaches individuals and teams to move themselves and their
companies through the stages of professional influence — the successful buy-in of value propositions for people, products, services,
and companies.
Multi session courses overview
Implementing Transactional Competence with Multi-Session Courses.
As a licensed Influential U Consultant, you can also be licensed to lead the following multi-session programs. Certified Licensees
who have successfully completed these courses or have completed Fundamentals of Transaction (FOT) and Mechanics and
Practice (MAP) are authorized to facilitate Multi-Session Courses. Consultants license 10-seat packages and then offer them at
market value. Business or Enterprise levels license larger seat packages to deliver within or outside the business or enterprise in
which they work.
These can be delivered a la carte.
Each multi-session course is supported with comprehensive leader notes and includes a number of slides and diagrams to support
it. The materials are protected, uneditable, and consist of content, exercises, and videos where applicable. Before you can download
and register to teach the class, you must take and pass the enablement training in our LMS for that multi-session program.
Note: We have designed Multi-Session Courses as weekly or every-other-week training in principles, practices, and direct
application. The routine of practices supports the development of solid habits and maintains consistent cultures.
These can be delivered in person or online.
Transactional Competence across Teams
Earners of this badge have successfully completed a 12-session study that includes the study, practice, and application of the
fundamentals of Transactional Competence applied to teams. This course teaches individuals and teams to leverage differences,
optimize performance, and accelerate results using our personality-focused, transactional framework.
Mastermind peer groups
Earners of this badge have successfully completed a 12-session, 6-month study that includes the study, practice, and application of the fundamentals of Transactional Competence. This course uses the power of a peer-group setting to amplify the learning and
practice required to launch successful products, services, projects, initiatives, and markets.
Priority in Practice
Earners of this badge have successfully completed a 12-session, weekly study that includes the study, practice, and application of
the fundamentals of Transactional Competence. This get-it-done program is an advanced capacity development program where you
will join a select group of accomplished learners and work directly with senior consultants to transform your good intentions into
actual accomplishments.
Executive one on one
Earners of this badge have successfully completed a 12-session, 6-month personalized professional development that includes the
study, practice, and application of the fundamentals of Transactional Competence. Executive coaching is tailored training to provide
unique solutions that address real-time career challenges to break through barriers blocking achievement and whole-life satisfaction.
Course revisions
As digital materials, the courses in the catalog will undergo revisions. As such, you can trust that you and your students will always
have the latest versions in our LMS, slides, and leader notes.
Modifications will include revising errors and version edits of our content. Minor modifications will not be announced. Entirely new
versions and new additions to the Courses Catalog will be announced and available once a year during our Licensing Academy
Summit.
Enablement Training courses are where you access the most recent version to download.
Licensing Academy Summit
Our annual two-day Licensing Academy Summit rolls out new courses,
updates, and the latest from Influential U. In addition, it is the primary training ground for developing your facilitation skills. As you’ve
experienced in this training, there are facilitation skills acquired through practice. We’ll use as much front-of-the-room training as
possible to rapidly upskill your ability to deliver world-class training.
We’ll also cater to your unique needs and support the implementation and facilitation of your courses. This is designed as an inperson
experience—and we offer Zoom observer inclusion. This Zoom inclusion is an observer view, not an interactive participant. As
such, the virtual ticket prices are set accordingly.

Enablement training
Enablement training begins with an affirmation of fitness to lead the course. For example, to lead Priority in Practice, you must have
successfully completed the course or be a graduate of our Mechanics and Practice Program. In addition, you will claim the fitness to
organize, facilitate, and manage the course to its completion.
For each of the courses in the catalog, there is an associated enablement training. For licensees, this training is free and completed
in the Academy LMS. Enablement training typically consists of both written and video content for review.
To teach the class, you have to pass the quiz for that class. For example, to facilitate the “The 15 Conditions of Life” course, you
complete the enablement training “ENABLEMENT: 15 Conditions of Life” and pass the quiz. This is the same quiz your learners will
experience in their course.
You will find the Enablement Training in your LMS once certified (and as they are available).
