Before I go and get samples, I would like to put you at ease.
Normally when I’m done with this, homeowvers usually say 1 of 3 things. More than not, they say Yes - (love it, do it)
Occasionally, I hear a No - (whatever reason is, it’s okay)
The answer that troubles me is Maybe, We have to think about it. It makes me wonder if I did my job right.
An answer like that usually means No, and they;re afraid of hurting my feelings.
Throughout this process, can we be honest with each other? I promise you there will be no hard feelings.

How do you like the video and what stands out for you?
After today, my company will send out a survey, and we are all about process and customer sercie.
The most important question is “How likely are you to recommend RBA to a family member, friend, neighbour?”
Whether or not you decied to work with us, I am aiming for a 9 or 10 for excellence. Anything below that is pretty much a 0.
