Let’s do a quick review of what we have up to this point.
I understanad from my notes, you have 3 windows you need replacing, and there’s a total of 15 windows in your home. Is that info correct?

Let me ask you a question, why do these windows fail and the others have not?
One of these aspects of this service is that we are going to to do a free evaluation of all your windows and I can give you feedback as to what happened.

I’ll be able to forecast the other units and IF and WHEN you requiree replacement, you;ll be able to understand the LIFESPAN of the windows.

Based on the problems you have mentioned (FOGGY, MOLDY, DRAFTY), that you are experiencing from the inside, but the root of the problem comes from the outside. Tell me when was the last time you did a thorough inspection around the outside of your house?

I’m going to go outside and do a thorough inspection and if I find something interesting or concerning, I’ll knock on the window and get you to come and have a look.
