So, HAD you ALREADY done (X), we’d be moving forward today?
So, to be clear the ONLY thing standing in the way and moving forward is that you need to do (X), is there ANYTHING else?

  1. Is it the look/the performance of the windows, something you doubt? And nothing with the company or installation or warranty?

NOW PRICE IS FOCUSED
So what you’re saying is it’s the price,. Is it the deposit? Is it the payment?
Customer response: its the overall price

NOW QUOTES IS FOCUSED
So if a company comes in with about the same price as us , who would choose?
And if another company comes in with a few thousand less, would you stll choose them or us?
How much less WOULD IT HAVE TO BE for you to settle?
So, you don’t want to settle, but if they were $X less you would feel like you have to?

You don’t want to settle, but if they are $5k less, than you feel would HAVE to settle.

In essence , that difference between settling and not settling is only $XXX per month. Remember when talk about if the other products earlier, you said you wouldn’t believe they would not solve your problem. So you’re saying that you are willing to spend $$

What makes it different from now?

Worst case scenario is delay, and
best case scenario you’ll do the project with us within a week or so.

So, it’s not really a question of IF you would use us, but WHEN you would have us over.
