The Great Migration was a time when humans began to explore other continents via land bridges to find food, water, and other essential resources. It took approximately 1 million Years

Why was art important?
It was used as a means of communication as well as a way of telling stories and myths. Art was also used as a kind of ritual to ensure a good hunt
How did the Ice Age affect humans?
The Ice Age pushed humans toward warmer regions. Since sea levels dropped, land bridges were revealed as to allow passage to other continents that would be otherwise unreachable
What was Systematic Agriculture and how did it change the way humans lived?
Systematic Ag allowed people to grow their own foods and remain in one place, or to develop more SEDENTARY lifestyles
What was the NEolithic Evolution?
Based on Agriculture and eliminated the nomadic lifestyle
When did farmers begin planting staple crops?
9k years ago (Staple crops were crops that many people could rely on for food)
What was plant domestication?
Every harvest farmers picked seeds from the strongest plants and used those to plant for the next year. Over many many harvests, plants became better tasting and more DOMESTICATED

When people started taming wild animals such as doggos, big ol puppers, and other wild animals
