Could you please give an example of where you have had to report on a quality issue on site and the process you followed?
A
- Whilst on site at Orbis Energy, I noticed that a number of cladding panels installed had sustained damage.
- I followed the contract and RICS guidance notes, making notes and taking photographs of the damaged panels.
- I then informed the contractor whilst on site so they could begin to make a timely resolve of the matter.
- I then produced a formal site inspection report and issued this to the client.
