A

Selling of medicinal product to someone who sells/supplies it to someone else

  • Do not take product themselves
  • Not transfer of stock
  • Money must change hands

What guidance does the MHRA give about wholesale dealing from a pharmacy?

A

Pharmacy don’t need wholesale dealer’s licence providing:

  • Takes place not more than 1 occasional basis
  • Quantity is small
  • Supply made on not for profit basis
  • Supply not for onward wholesale distribution
