This is a highly aromatic white wine with big, juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors. The wine offers lots of fruit but finishes refreshingly clean and dry.

Vinteloper Riesling Adelaide Hills / Clare Valley (Southern) Australia 2017
Key lime pie, cucumber, high acid, citrus, floral, saline, mineral, bone-dry.
Light bodied and bone-dry, this is a ver crisp, limey, white pepper and cucumber flavored Riesling that will totally surprise people who assume all Riesling is sweet.
This producer lost 95% of their vineyard land and their winery in the brush fires. They thought they were finished, but through an outpouring of support, they have begun to rebuild. And thank goodness because their wines are delicious. The Riesling is limey, herbaceous, cucumber-y, and a perfect counterpoint to oysters. In fact, they recommend “drinking Riesling from an oyster shell after you’ve just slammed a freshly shucked, creamy and salty Pacific oyster.”

Full-bodied, full-fruited white wine with rich texture and an impression of salinity on the finish. There’s no oak, so the fruit is allowed to shine through. Peach.

Classic Chardonnay from one of the most iconic wine-making families of Argentina. Just a touch of oak helps to round everything out and add silky texture to the wine.

High elevation (4000-5000 ft) – diurnal shift = balanced acidity, mineral driven bottling. 6 months in oak.

This is a medium-bodied, floral, salty, skin-fermented white wine. Made all naturally. it’s a little funky and earthy but has beautiful citrus flower aromas as well.
(rustic, vibrant, floral, button mushroom, orange blossom, white fruit, pithy)
Unrefined, unfiltered, spontaneously fermented with native yeast and very low sulphur added.
5-day skin maceration, concrete vats to ferment.

Very light, fresh, and easy drinking rose that will have you thinking you’re sitting on the beach in Provence.
DOMAINE MIGOT

This is a refreshing, crisp white wine, with citrus driven fruit flavors a stoney minerality. Wine pairs best with raw preparations and light seafood.
Auxerrois is a grape with a very similar flavor profile to Pinot Blanc. Orchard and citrus fruited, the wine is light and fresh and picks up a mineral characteristic from wherever it is grown.

A grape commonly encountered in the Rhone Valley in France. Typically, it’s med-full bodied with peachy and ripe citrusy flavors and a distinctly floral/ bitter background. Here, the wine takes on 10% new oak adding some texture but retaining the classic varietal characteristics.

Auxey-Duresses "Les Vireux" Chardonnay Burgundy, France 2017
This wine is classic white Burgundy. Citrus and orchard fruits with salty, chalky minerality all wrapped up in a deft amount of oak. The wine has a piercing freshness and purity up front then pleasantly broadens on the finish. It’s a delicious white wine that drinks very similar to Meursault.
