Taking cues from the Pornstar Martini (Created in 1999 at London’s LAB BAR). The Pisco Crown combines Passionfruit and Fennel with sparkling wine. Aperol and Noyaux add subtle layers to this summer crusher.
Crème de Noyaux– Liqueur made with apricot and cherry pits combined with bitter almonds (apricot Kernels). Nutty and marzipan notes with a red color coming from cochineal.

Italicus- Classified as a Rosolio, an Italian liqueur made with rose petals, Italicus is made by Giuseppe Gallo using bergamot from
Calabria.
LoFi Dry Vermouth- Coming from Napa California this dry vermouth has strong floral notes with a heavy coriander backbone.

A fall/ Winter Warming Crown with toasted coconut. Most people think of coconut as tropical and tiki like. We wanted to break
this mold.
Pommeau is also a Mistelle (fresh juice blended with brandy) from the Calvados region of Normandy, generally consumed as an aperitif.
Old Duff Genever is Genever created by Phil Duff. With a 53% Malt Wine base and filled out with rye and neutral grain spirit, it is a classic mix of genever botanicals such as orange and lemon peel, juniper, coriander and star anise
