This is a medium to full bodied red with dried red fruits, firm stony tannin, dried floral qualities and herbal flavors. Great with any rich meats or game.
The wines are all organic and vinyards are treated according to biodynamic principles.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel and bottled unfiltered, this wine is meant to be pure and unadulterated Priorat.

Medium bodied, juicy, high toned, and fresh red wine. This has bright red and purple fruit up front but then reveals the brooding granitic minerality of the region with just enough tannin to give the wine balance. This wine will be a home run for Cru Beaujolais drinkers that prefer more elegance in style.
