This is a sparkling rosé meant to emulate a coastal, aperitif style. The wine has a short maceration so it’s very pale in color and the resulting wine presents itself in a crisp, clean style.
100% Nerello Mascalese that has to sit on the skins for just 24 hours for a very pale level of extract. Made in the Champagne method with 2 years on the lees.
