Cocchi Americano– An aromatized wine macerated with herbs, spices and quinine.
Mizu Lemongrass Shochu-This lively spirit is made from local rice, white koji and freshly cut lemongrass. No flavoring is added after distillation.

Taking the pairing of maple and squash we made a scotch old fashioned variant with fall and winter flavors.

Amaro Abano– from the luxardo family of spirits this amaro has heavy white peppercorn notes.
Avua Cachaca– a brazillian sugarcane based spirit falling in the rum family, this one is aged in Amburana wood giving it a baking spice note.
Pineau de Charantes– A mistelle made from cognac production in which cognac is mixed with grape must to create a fortified wine.
Compass Box- Scotch made by former master blender for Johnnie Walker, John Glazer. This Blend has a high mash of Peated Scotch. Sherry finish
