This is a medium bodied, mineral-driven, stony, skin-fermented white wine. There’s pithy citrus, floral stone fruit, and slightly wild, herbal aromas and flavors.

In Rueda
Macerate with the skins for 24 hours before pressing giving a slight orange hue.
