Seat depth measurement
Measure from the most posterior point of the body to the inside of the knee. Minus 2 inches.
Back height measurements
Measured from the seat base to the top of the chair back. Depends on support needed.
Rear seat to floor measurements.
Measurement from the ground to the rear edge of seat edge.
Seat width
Determined by the widest point of the body from the knee to the hip, plus 1 inch.
Footrest Length
Should be distance from the back of knee to the bottom of heal while wearing normal shoes. 2 inches from the floor.
Standard Dimensions
Seat width 18 inches.Seat depth 16 inches.Seat height 20 inches.
Hemiplegia Wheelchair Seat Height
17.5 inches.
Amputee
Rear wheels are 2 inch posterior to the normal.
One-hand drive
Two hand rims are fabricated on one wheel drive with both wheel drives connected by a linkage bar.
