Define the Phosphagen Pathway?
10 Seconds or less - 100m sprint or 1RM DL - Anaerobic activity.
Define the Glycolytic Pathway?
2 Minutes or less - 400m sprint - Best blend of phosphates and oxidative - Anaerobic activity.
Define the Oxidative Pathway?
Long Sustainable - Marathon - Aerobic activity.
What does a balance of bioenergetics mean?
All three metabolic pathways are balanced. The 3 engines that fuel all human activity.

Dead Lift = 1/2 BW
Define Wellness?
Resting Heart Rate = 70bpm
BF = 20%
Blood Pressure = 120/80
Dead lift = BW
Define Fitness marker on the sickness wellness fitness curve?
Resting heart Rate= 50bpm
BF = 10% or less
Blood Pressure = 110/55
Dead lift = 2x BW
Define evidence-based?
Measurable, observable, repeatable.
