Hip extension exercise routine.
GHD pad on glutes. This is a combination of hip flexion and extension. Without momentum perform 25-30 GHD hip extension reps.
Back extension exercise routine.
GHD pad under the pelvis. In this movement, the athlete deliberately surrenders the lumbar curve, thereby engaging in trunk flexion and extension. The erectors are now working dynamically, with the glute and hamstring working statically or isometrically. We are doing it controlled—not bouncing, not flopping. 25-30 reps
What is an ABmat sit-up?
Lower back on ab mat, legs butterflied. Shoulders touch the ground and must pass the hip line on the way up
