A
Red blood cells

What is Anaemia?

A

is a blood deficiency
Caused by low iron levels so not enough red blood cells can be made.
symptoms: pale in colour and tiredness

What is the function of haemoglobin?

A

to transport 02 around the body.

haemoglobin will then release to 02 for aerobic respiration in order to create energy. This is called metabolism.
