What is the definition of weight training?
A
It involves shifting weight to increase the strength of muscles, using a programme of repetitions and sets.

How is weight training done?
A
Usually you would do 3 sets of 10 reps which is when you do the exercise 10 times and have a rest 3 times.

A
Cricket (bowling faster), Boxing, Weightlifting and rugby
