What is interval training?
A
It is high-intensity periods of work followed by periods of rest.

Who would need to do interval training?
A
Footballers, Basketball players, rugby players and any sport which involves lots of running.

How could you do interval training?
A
On the bike machine you can do 30 secs of a resistance of 12 and then do 15 secs of a resistance of 6 and keep repeating.
