What is the fartlek training?
A
It is a method of training for runners where the terrain and speed are constantly changing. Fartlek = ‘Speed and ‘Play’ in Swedish

A
Runners, Footballer, Rugby players, anything which requires stamina

How can you do fartlek training?
A
On a football pitch or a place with varied terrain, jog up the length of the pitch and then try to run much faster or sprint the width.
