What is circuit training?
A
It is a series of exercises, completed for a certain amount of time, one after another.

Who would want to use circuit training?
A
Footballers, Rugby players, basketball

How would you do circuit training?
A
Make a loop of around 8 exercises. Do each exercise for around 45 seconds then rest for 30. After you’ve done a full circuit of exercises, have a 2 minute rest and do another circuit.
