what are chemical weapons classified on?
degree of effect, effect on body, duration of the hazrad
what are the different degrees of effects of chemical weapons?
harrasing - causes uncofortable conditions/causes alteration in beahviour
incapaitating - unable to move/disacociated
leathal - death
what different effects can chemcial weapns have on the body?
nerve agent - skin
respiritory agent - inhaled through lungs
blister agent - skin
what are the different duration of hazards in chemical weapons?
persistant or non-persistant agents
what are the different nerve agents classifications and what symptoms will they cause?
mascurinic - bradycardia, sweating, bbronchospams, vomiting diorhea, pupil constriction
nicotinic - tachycardia, hypertension, resp paralysis, cramping
central nervouse system - depression, agitation confusion, convusions, coma
what are biolgical waepons?
achive intended effect by infecting victums with viruses/bacteria/fungi
what is a preon?
infectious agent composed entrily of protein material - leads to viral deiase infection
what are biological waepons characterised by?
infectivity virulence lethality pathogenicity incubation periood contagiouness stability
what are the different types of radiation?
gamma - most serve
alpha - stoped by papaer
and beta - stopped by alimunium
what are the different types of radiation exposure?
external - dust contamination - can be inhaled
irradation - absorbtion of radiation enregy
what is an intentional CBR incident?
involves malicious use of chemical, biological or radiological materal to inflict dealth, injury or damge
what is an accident cbr incident?
human error or natural technological rasons where there are spills, leakages, or outbreaks of diseases
what are the CBR counter measures?
technical equipment
