1)Build a culture where coins are expected (not an expectation) and ongoing reflection, unlearning, and uprooting are highly valued
2)Figure out how coins unwittingly show up in the norms of our groups
3)Figure out how norms shape policies and seek expertise on how to undo this responsibly

1)Coaching and ongoing mutual support to recognie and uproot the ways we uphold coins in our day-to-day actions
2)Learn and practice how to intervene when we see discrimination and how to welcome feedback (when it is us)
