Ethics and morals
Ethics- rules, social systems and standards. They define how things are to be done
Morals- Individual principles we live by that define our beliefs about right and wrong

- Listening for meaning words
- Use encouragers, restatements to focus on meaning
- paraphrase focusing on meaning, life goals, causes
- to interpret and reframe, share observations with client that lead to a different perspective/way of seeing things
