deficiency of the VWF which results in platelet formation at the site of injury and hence excessive bleeding

increased bleeding due to clotting factor deficiencies resulting in bleeding in to tissues following minor trauma
Liver disease
loss of vitamin K = increased bleeding
Factor V leiden
Factor V is mutated which results in it becoming resistant to its usual degeneration by activated protein C
can cause unprovoked DVTs
Leukemia
malignant WBC formed in bone marrow are circulting in the blood
Multiple myeloma
cancer of the plasma cells that produce monoclonal immunoglobulin and invade bone as distinct tumour growths
