refers to the maximum amount of force a muscle can exert against the opposing force.
muscular strength
refers to the ability of the muscle to work over an extended period of time w/out fatigue

ability to move a body part through a full range of motion at a joint.

ratio of body fat to lean body mass.

enhances one’s performance in athletics or sports events

ability to change the position of one’s body quickly and to control one body movement
