Generally localized to the area of CVA
•Can be gradual or abrupt onset
•Slow psychomotor functioning, depression
•Confusion, agitation, memory problems, unsteady gait, urinary incontinence, wandering, poor attention

A
Prevent further strokes
•Supportive care for symptoms, family support, similar to Alzheimer otherwise except no acetylcholinesterases or NMDA anatagonists.
