Mild Diplopoia and unilateral ptosis
Facial droop and expressionless face

Management
Medication= Anticholinesterases
Watch for myasthenia crisis and cholinergic crisis

Under medication
Causing increase in muscle weakness, fatigue and respiratory impairment
Cholinergic crisis
Over medication
Causing pupil constriction, flaccid paralysis, respiratory impairment, sweating and salivation
