Dimpling
Shallow dimple is a sign of skin retraction. Cancer causes fibrosis which contacts the suspensory ligaments.

painless, flabby papule that are varicose veins of the hemmorhoidal plexus
External hemorrhoid
originates below the anorectal junction and is covered by anal skin
Thrombosed external hemorrhoid
external hemorrhoid that contains clotted blood and becomes a painful, swollen, shiny blue mass that itches and bleeds with defacation
Internal hemorrhoid
originates above the anorectal junction and is covered by a mucous membrane
