Floor - Prevertebral fascia

Muscles - omohyoid and vertebral
Vasculature - EJV, subclavian vein and distal part of subclavian artery
Nerves - CN XI, cervical plexus and trunks of the brachial plexus
What is significant about the omohyoid muscle within the posterior triangle?
Its inferior belly splits it into 2 -
- Superior = occipital
- Inferior = subclavian
