We've Spent too much Time/Money/Dev Work with {{Competitor}} Flashcards
We’ve spent a ton of time and money building out our integrations with {COMPETITOR}
I hear you, but just because you’ve already invested time and money into dev work doesn’t mean it’s the best way forward. We’ve built a platform where are of our tools are ready to work together out-of-the-box, so you don’t need to spend time integrating your support channels. Would you be open to speaking so I can understand more about how you’re currently managing everything and to see if we can provide a better way forward?
We understand that change doesn’t happen overnight. Ripping and replacing what you currently have wouldn’t be helpful if we did it all at once. What we want to do is see if we can work with you and look at your specific use cases and workflows to see if we can build something specific to your business needs.
I totally get that, and I would never ask you to rip and replace your current system all at once. I really want to learn about how you’re currently operating, and to see if Answers can provide any added value to your CS team. Would that be something you’d be open to discussing?
Ripping and Replacing our system is too much to even think about right now

We have put so much into our current system that changing is unlikely

I have a team of developers solely dedicated to help me with initiatives
That’s awesome! I speak to so many companies that don’t have that luxury! I’m curious though, what could those developers be building for your team if they didn’t have to spend their time focused on your CS software?
Our contract with {{competitor}} isnt up until…
Got it. I’d still love to speak with you to learn what you like about working with them, and what you wish was different. Not trying to pitch you on our solution today, but would love to talk to you now and if we find that Answers can improve your process, we can continue the conversation accordingly. Does that work for you?
