Timing Flashcards
I don’t have time to talk
I totally get it. I’m sure you have a million things going on right now. I’d be happy to call you back at a better time, but I don’t want to bother you if it’s not something you’re interested in. Do you think you have a few minutes just to see if this is something that can help? That way we know if this is worth anymore of your time past that?
I hear you. I’m sure you’re busy, but I wouldn’t be reaching out if I didn’t think a conversation would be worth both of our time. If we can help your team accomplish more in less time while also making it easier for them to work day-in and day-out, would that be something you can find a few minutes for?
Things are chaotic right now

We’re struggling because of Covid
I hear you. I hear that a lot unfortunately. Covid has forced a lot of companies to adapt and be more nimble. Money aside, if we could provide you with a solution that prioritized self-service, so your team had less tickets and more time to do more, would that be something you’d be open to discussing?
I’m sorry to hear that. And I get that it may not seem like an ideal time to look into a new solution, but we’ve found that a lot of companies are taking the time to address how they interact with their users on the CS side. I’d love to talk to you a bit about how you manage everything now and to see how we can help you {{company}} specifically.
