Not Looking to Change Flashcards
We’re not looking to change anything at this time
That’s perfectly fine. I did call you out of the blue, but I’m interested in learning about your support team today and the challenges you’re looking to tackle. That way we can see if it even makes sense to start a conversation. Definitely not asking you to make any changes right away!
That’s fair. replacing your CS software can be a lot to undertake. That’s why I want to speak with you about what’s currently working for you, and what you’re looking to improve. That way we can see how we might be able to help and if it makes sense to talk further.
I understand that it may not seem like the ideal time to look into a new solution, but if we can offer you a better way for your users to self-service and for your team members to work day-to-day, wouldn’t that be worth at least hearing about?
Everything is working perfectly for us
That’s incredible! I talk to a ton of companies, and so few tell me that. Would you mind telling me more about your current set up and what specifically is working so well for you?
That’s awesome! But are you sure there isn’t any aspect of your customer support organization that you’re focused on improving?
If I suggested that we replace our current system, I’d be fired!
Well we definitely don’t want that! But what if we could help improve your current system, would that help you get a promotion?
I hear you, but I’m not asking you to replace anything yet! I’m just asking to learn more about how you currently operate, and to see if we can improve what you’re already doing.
I don’t like my current platform but we aren’t looking to spend money or change anything at this time
I hear you. Who is looking to spend money or make changes if they don’t have to, but I’m curious, what don’t you like about your current platform?
