Hey, no problem. Just out of curiousity, what is it you’re not interested in? You haven’t told me anything yet and I haven’t told you anything yet, so how do you know you’re not interested?

Sure. Any specific reason you’re not interested? I was reaching out to you specifically because {REASON FOR CALLING}. Would you not be the right person to discuss that with?

That’s fair. I get that just because you interacted with our website, it doesn’t mean you want to buy from us. I’m not looking to pitch you our solution, I’m genuinely more interested in learning about your support team today and the challenges you’re looking to tackle.

Understood and I appreciate the candidness. What are you interested in learning about CS?

Sure but before I do, do you have a few minutes to chat so I can better understand what you might be interested in? That way the email I send is relevant to you?

Yes, I can, but it will just contain generic marketing materials that you probably won’t read, right? Instead, why don’t we set up a 5 minute meeting for later today or tomorrow. That way you can really understand what we offer and if we’re worth more of your time.
