Flashing Vertical - Flashing used in wall junctions within wet area

Leak Control Flange - Flange connected at a waste pipe, passes through substrate
What is the definition of Substrate?
Substrate - Surface to which membrane is applied
What is defined as a water resistant substrate
Property of a system or material that restricts moisture movement & will not degrade under conditions of moisture
