Concrete - 25mm over 1st 1000mm
Natural Ground - 50mm over the 1st 1000mm
What is controlled fill? What is the process for SAND?
Sand must contain no gravel sized material
Sand fill up to 800mm deep, 300mm at a time
What is controlled fill? What is the process for CLAY?
Clay must be moist
Clay fill up to 400mm deep, 150mm at a time.
In regards to termite protection and treatment, what is durable notice and where does it need to be located?
Termite treatment outlining the following
a) termite system used
b) date of system install
c) where chemical is used and life expectancy
d) installer or manufacturers recommendations for future inspections
