What are the two main types of lavatory waste systems?
The closed waste system (or recirculating system) and the vacuum waste system.
What precaution should be taken when servicing lavatory waste systems?
Waste system pre-charge fluids contain chemicals that are hazardous. Use the proper PPE and use the specified equipment and procedures when servicing the system.
