Warnings And Cautions Flashcards
PRI INV
Primary inverter fail
SEC INV
secondary inverter fail
AUX INV
Aux Inverter fail
L/R26 AC
power loss on 26V ac bus with possible 115V bus failure. Most avionics affected (see QRH)
L/R ELEV HORN HEAT
Primary heating coil on LH elevator horn has failed. switch to secondary element not available in the air, exit icing conditions.
L/R TRU
TRU failure or overheat. pull CB
DC BUS
more than 400A draw detected on a DC bus. BBPU will disconnect battery and gen after 7 seconds. see QRH
L/R AC BUS
115VAC Bus failure. heaters and pumps. QRH
EMER LTS DISARMED
Emergency lights switch off
PITOT HEAT 1/2
Pitot heat off or failed
L/R WSHLD HOT
Windscreen exceeded 42deg. recycle to warm and on to resume full power ops.
SIDE WDO HOT
CAPT side window hot. auto reset
L/R TRU HOT
TRU overheat. pull cb (QRH)
CABIN PACK HOT/FLT COMPT PACK HOT
Air cycle machine internal temp exceeds 207deg. turn off pack (QRH)
FLT COMPT/CABIN DUCT HOT
Temperature at the outlet duct of the air cycle machine exceed 88deg. auto selects full cold until the outlet temp in less than 82° then returns to normal operation. Common to see this cycling on and off if the selected temp on the dial is too high.
1/2 HYD FLUID HOT
Hydraulic fluid hot (above 109°).
No action/monitor
1/2 STBY HYD PUMP HOT
pump electric motor exceeds 170°.
Pump activated if flap 0 or stby pump switch on,
If flap selector greater than 0 - monitor.
Extinguishes once the pump temp reduces below 160°.
MAIN BATT
Main battery disconnected
AUX BATT
Aux Battery disconnected
DEICE PRESS
De ice pressure below 5.5 PSI. ISO to isolate leaky side. use manual mode
1/2 FUEL FLTR BYPASS
More than 1PSI difference either side of HP fuel filter. Bypass occurs at 3PSI
1/2 ENG MANUAL
ECU failed (also master caution, 10% TQ increase on affected engine etc)
1/2 AC GEN HOT
Overheat. turn affected gen off. no loss of functions on its own
1/2 TANK LOW
less than 59kg in collector bay. could be motive pump, or flapper valve
No 2 SPU AUX PWR
No 2 SPU running on back up power source (R VAC)
1/2 AC GEN
AC GEN failure
