Operations Control Division - Commander

MFC - Commander
Role is to supervise and coordinate the activities of MFC. The deployment of all forces not committed to actual emergencies.
MFC - Dispatch Section Personnel Captains roles?
Supervising the operation of the MFC dispatchers, planning scheduling, and directing the training.

Platoon duty firefighters assigned to MFC.
Radio Cad Unit
Captain serves as Staff Officer to the Section Commander. Custodian of records for Operation Control Dispatch, voice tapes and data files.
Harbor Homeland Security Division
AC assigned as Division Commander- To supervise and direct the activities of this division.
Homeland Security Division
AC assigned as Division Commander- to supervise and direct activities of this division. Assigning and coordinating research and planning Homeland Security mitigation, response and preparedness.
Intelligence Section
BC assigned as the Intelligence Section Commander reports to the Commander, Homeland Security Division. Supervises and directs terrorism and related hazardous materials training curriculum development, and equipment procurement. Liason between other agencies.
CBRNE/WMD SECTION
BC is the Section Commander, reports to the Commander of Homeland Security Division. Reviews appropriate classified and open source intelligence for current and developing threats.

BC Alliance Commander, reports to the Homeland Security Division Commander.
Critical Incident Planning And Training Section
BC assigned as the Critical Incident Planning and Training Section Commander reports to the Commander, Homeland Security Division. Plan, conduct, evaluate and document large-scale training and compliance exercies
Administrative Operations Chief Deputy
Is the second ranking officer in the Department in conjunction with the E Ops Chief Deputy. Duty is to direct, coordinate and control the Administrative functions of the Department. Employees relations, Risk Management, Medical Liason, Fire Prevention, Administrative services Bureau and Training and support Bureau.
Management Analyst 2
Conducts research and fiscal analysis for preparation of staff reports.
Senior Clerk Typist
Serves as the secretary to the Administrative Operations Chief Deputy.
Employee Relations Division- Assistant Chief
To plan, organize, direct and evaluate the affairs of the Employee Relations Division. Verification and command oversight of all (sworn and civilian) hiring and promotions within the Fire Department.
Risk Management Section- BC
To augment the line functions of the Department by administering the Departments In-Service Training Section, The Recruit Training Section, and the Quality Improvement Section.
Medical Liason Unit
Capt 2- Reports to the Commander, Risk Management Section. Arranges medical assistance for members, maintains medical records, coordinates bi-annual medicals with the Occupational Health and Safety Division, represents the Department at pension hearings etc.
Department Pyschologist
Serves as the director of the Departments Stress Management Program and reports directly to the Commander, Risk Management Section. Directs the Departments Stress Management Program.
